The Volvo Penta Aquamatic Duoprop diesel D4-260/DP is a compact size engine with enough power for most smaller boats at 260 hp (191kW). It offers exceptional diesel performance for its size.
The Volvo Penta new 4-cylinder D4-260 is developed from the latest in diesel technology. Its got a common rail fuel injection system with double overhead camshafts and 4 valves per cylinder in addition to a turbocharger a compressor and an aftercooler. The result is an exceptional diesel performance combined with low emissions.
The D2-260 has got unique torque over the whole speed range.
